Having always had a keen interest in human anatomy, participating in various sports including triathlons and football, being a dad and manual jobs, Nicky knows the significant benefits sports massage and soft tissue therapy can play in the prevention, treatment and management of injuries that can have the potential to derail training or lifestyle.
In 2017, Nicky decided to retrain in Soft Tissue and Sports Therapy qualifying with Oxford School of Sports Massage and ISRM, where he learned how to apply sports massage, sports therapy and a variety of advanced techniques including the treatment of dysfunctional muscles and all soft tissue to help clients reach their goals. Based in Kidlington in Oxfordshire, Nicky has gained experience from working with Oxford University RFC, Oxford University Women's Lightweight Rowing Club and Abingdon United Football Club as well as local cycling clubs, triathletes and people with a range of occupational and lifestyle injuries. At Progress Soft Tissue Therapy, Nicky provides a professional and tailored approach to help clients progress with their goals.
